Evening Yoga at the Museum

Amy Donais of Overflow Yoga is offering free, beginner-friendly yoga classes to the community on the evening of Tuesday, May 2nd* to get you moving for spring!

  • 6-7pm Beginner Yoga
  • 7-8pm Yoga Flow
  • 8-9pm Beginner Yoga
Beginner Yoga– Hatha Style- several breaths per posture; a practice focused a bit more on rest/stretching.
Yoga Flow (still beginner-friendly) – Vinyasa Style- more active postures/core work and moving at a slightly faster pace. Great for those who like a light workout in their yoga practice.

“​I would consider my teaching style to be considered “cheery” with emphasis on gratitude, postural alignment and breath-work. I aim to create a safe and warm space for you to practice yoga, pause & rest and leave feeling refreshed.”

Please bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, etc. Extra bolsters and straps are available to borrow.
