FILM NIGHT - Reunion of Giants
“Reunion of Giants” Screening at the Dundas Museum
REUNION OF GIANTS documents the mission to reunite the only two Avro Lancasters left flying in the world today. VeRA from the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum flew from Hamilton, Ontario to meet her British counterpart, Thumper – the only other surviving flight worthy Lancaster bomber in the world! The film documents this historic mission as it unfolds through the eyes of the flight crews, veterans, friends and family. It includes all parts in this new chapter of the bomber’s history, as VeRA crosses the Atlantic.
Join us here at the Museum on Wednesday November 23rd at 7pm for a free presentation of the film Reunion of Giants, produced by Suddenly SeeMore Productions of Dundas. Donations will be welcomed for the International Bomber Command Memorial. Members of the production group and possibly a member of the crew will be here to discuss the project and take questions. We hope to see you there!
