Morning Yoga at the Museum

Join instructor Cheryl Fenn as she guides students through various postures from Hatha Yoga, as well as some meditation, breathing and relaxation exercises. Poses will be adapted to suit your physical needs!

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any needed equipment (blocks, boosters, etc.)

Tuesday mornings from 9:30 am – 10:30 am, starting January 10th until April 11th.
