Item consists of a sepia carte de visite. Photographer: Duncan McMillan of Dundas. Duncan McMillan was born in Scotland and arrived in Dundas in 1846 with his family. His varied occupations included brass molder, grocer, and confectionery shop owner. He was also considered a good artist, which no doubt aided in his work as a photographer. This photograph was donated by the Misses A. and J. Briggs.
