Yoga at the Dundas Museum!

Yoga classes are offered from January to May by Certified Yoga Teachers. Classes include various poses from Hatha yoga as well as some meditation, breathing and relaxation exercises. Blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets and straps are used to help support and accommodate your body during yoga practice. Restorative yoga classes are also offered each term. You are welcome to come and try out a free class. Classes in the fall term run from Sept. to mid December.
