Preserve the past. Inspire the future.
When you give, you invest in more than a museum. You help sustain an independent, non-profit cultural anchor at the heart of Dundas. For 70 years, the Dundas Museum & Archives has been a place to gather, learn, and connect. As the only free museum in the Hamilton area, we welcome an upwards of 15,000 visitors each year, bringing 150 million years of local history to life through exhibits, programs, and community-driven storytelling.
Your gift:
- Keeps our doors open and free for the public.
- Supports 2,500+ students and families annually through education programs and special activities.
- Powers community-curated exhibits on-site and across Dundas.
- Preserves 16,000+ artifacts and archival treasures.
- Ensures an accessible, welcoming space for every visitor.
Each donation to the DM+A helps us continue the mission of strenghtening our town's social fabric through historical preservation, education, community outreach, public programming, and special events.
